Deliveries - What if no one is at home?

If no one is at home we can- Leave in a porch

                                            -leave with a neighbour

                                            -as a last resort return flowers to the shop

In all cases we will put a card through the letterbox with contact details

What time will my flowers be delivered?

We try to deliver flowers in the morning unless otherwise requested. We cannot give exact times as obviously our funeral flowers take priority.

How long will the flowers last?

Each variety of bloom will last for a different amount of time and this will depend on various factors ie:  general temperature, room temperature, type of flower. Care cards are provided with our flowers and professional flower food is recommended.

Funerals - Can you deliver to the funeral Directors/ Home address/ Crematorium ?

Yes, all of the above. We usually deliver 2 hours before the funeral service. We also need the time of the funeral and the full name of the deceased when delivering to the funeral directors.
